All products sold by PaulsDistributors.com are new, first quality (never seconds) brand name merchandise.
Online orders:
Currently we can only take and fulfill website orders in the US and Canada. All orders must be paid in USD.
Item Availability
Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. We try our very best to stock all of our listed products in our warehouse. This ensures that the product will be shipped promptly. More than 90% of all orders are shipped within one business day. If you have some additional questions about pricing and availability, please contact us at 1-800-287-PAUL and we'll try our best to address all of your questions and concerns.
Shipping Methods
At PaulsDistributors.com we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as fast as possible and at minimum cost. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground rates unless other means are requested.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase at PaulsDistributors.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
Your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 2:00 p.m. EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Returns, Exchange, Refund Policy
All returns, exchanges and refunds are processed immediately upon receipt. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you return your item for your refund or exchange to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
